What exactly does my order include?
If your order is a pen or pencil (or a set), it comes with a felt or wooden presentation case included. All orders also include shipping via USPS. If an upgrade to express shipping is requested, that will be factored in at check out. If you live close enough for pick-up, a discount will be applied.
How long does it take to receive my order?
All items are custom made per your order. Items are usually ready in less than 2 weeks, less if I have the item in stock.
Do you offer engraving?
Engraving is available for an additional charge on most orders, dependent on the material chosen for the blank. This may add a few days to the order time as I do not do my own engraving.
